Shane is so professional. He takes his time and make sure you leave with a smile on your face. Pretty much…. you are always feeling better than you were when you arrived. I travel an hour both ways because I know he will always provide A+ service

Shane has magic hands. He gives one of the best massages I have ever had - and I’ve had a lot. He’s always looking for the underlying issues to help treat them. On top of that, he’s really great person. Highly recommend.

Cass was phenomenal! She is one the best masseuses that I’ve seen in a while! She was very attentive and professional. It truly was great experience, as it’s very hard to catch an opening at this location. That’s saying a lot! I hope to book with her again!

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Robert at Massage Envy Oberlin location, and I can honestly say it was one of the best massage experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff set the atmosphere and made it very calming and inviting, setting the tone for a truly relaxing experience. Robert was incredibly attentive and professional, taking the time to ask about my problem areas and personal preferences before beginning. I was really impressed by how skilled Robert was in addressing specific tensions in my neck and shoulders while maintaining a relaxing rhythm throughout the session. The pressure was just right—firm where needed but never uncomfortable—and the technique was flawless. Robert also checked in with me periodically to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. By the end of the session, I felt completely rejuvenated, both physically and mentally. I left feeling like a new person, with all of my tension and stress melted away. I can’t recommend Robert enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back for another session soon!
